Unfortunately for those who couldn't catch us on the 20th of August, that was our last show in Calgary until December sometime. See you all then! Since May 17, 2007, The Runaway Five has played numerous shows, been featured on Video Games Live, met and worked with industry professionals and has planned a full length studio album to be released in the near future. Thanks for those who showed up to see the gig! I am sure it WOULD have been good if WE DIDN'T GET DOUBLE BOOKED. We appologise to those who came from out of town to see the show. There was nothing we could have done. We found out about the double booking when our drummer got to the venue and there was another band playing. Again, we are sorry!

The Runaway Five performs live at the Smiling Buddha Bar on January 22nd. They are being joined by two other project Alex Goodman is associated with and it is sure to draw a unique crowd! More information for this will be released shortly, along with an event that everyone will be invited to.

12.20.07The Runaway Five Rocks The Beat Niq!

The Runaway Five performed last wednesday and packed The Beat Niq Jazz and Social Club, unfortunately having to turn away many anxious video game music fans. This was such a successfull show that it paves the way for the next Runaway Five gig to begin it's planning process. A specially thanks goes out to all of those fans who requested music that they wanted to hear! Rumors are stirring that the next gig taking place in Calgary will be a four horn arranging project and will take place in May! Check back regularily because the new arrangements from the December 19th/07 gig will be up on the website. For everyone in the Toronto area, come check out The Runaway Five perform at the Smiling Buddha Bar on January 22nd, 2007! (More details will be revealed shortly)
